Why does the Indian Constitution have so many Amendments?

It’s an interesting fact that the American constitution has had just 27 Amendments since 1776 while the Indian Constitution is already in the 195th Amendment. Is it because the Indian Constitution is flawed or is there something more than meets than eye?
The Americans occupied an empty land. Destroyed all the cultures that existed there and created rules for just one type of people with just one religion, one language and with nothing to worry about. They inherited a largely unoccupied continent and went about plundering nature.
India on the other hand has been occupied for over 5000 years. There are a thousand dialects and twelve official languages. There are colors and diversity that can easily beat the entire planet. There are a thousand religions with a billion gods. There are muslims shouting out that they have the greatest god, there are hindus Beating drums and christians ringing bells at their masses. How can one ever make a single piece of document to provide  a single law to govern so many varieties of people? One idea that was used was to use the best from every other culture in the world. The best of the Irish, the french, the german, the russian and the American  constitutions were incorporated in this mega document.
Now is it surprising if such a huge constitution governing such a huge variety of populace to not foresee a problem with integration or some small aspect that did not address the specific problem of a particular groups sub-sects's sect?

That's exactly why there are so many amendments to the Indian Constitution.

We need the Nuclear Deal

I am a citizen of India,Karnataka,Bangalore. We have been facing huge shortages of power. This is not something that will be temporary. The changing climate of the world has forced this upon us. We are seeing the first glimpses of This phenomenon all over the nation. We are getting rainfall when we shouldn't . We see rains when we shouldn't be seeing them. We have cold summers and hot winters. All these poin to only one thing we can never depend on mother nature for our energy resources. We need to find an alternative. And the way the americans are poluting the world with their gasoline vehicles means that things will get worse soon.

Our Atomic department has failed us. Like the Space department they had a good beginning but lost way soon after they were denies any information about advances around the globe. Our plans for using thorium are brilliant. All we need are working plutonium reactors. But this is something no one has been able to do. If we are to be independent of nature's grim's and fancies we need to do something on a large scale like the americans did with their moon journeys. We have two options in front of us :-
1. We invest heavily into The DAE and hope they figure out a way of the plutonium reactors.
2. Make a similar investment in building and operationalizing Nuclear Reactors With the help of people who have already done them.

The first point will take a lot of time to conceive as we will have to reinvent the wheel again.
The second point is more pragmatic, In the interests of the nation you must do something that India has never seen since Vallabhai Patel. A grand scheme is required to save the nation from the vagaries of nature that will soon follow. You must let your Memebers of Parliament to decide what is good for the nation and to use their brains and the nature's future in mind.
The advantage of nuclear fuel is that a very small anount of fuel (in grams) can power entire cities for an year !
There is no such powerful fuel apart from anti-matter.

Please do help the nation by doing what is good for it and not what is good for your part. A patriot does not think of what happens to him as long as the nation lives /happily.

The confused Indian

so our government has finally got a man as a PM ! After suffering under the hands of the communists for 4 years like a woman in a troubled marriage ; our prime minister has finally realized that the only way out is take a hard stance.

For 4 years they did nothing visible , everything that was done according to the Common minimum program was to get votes at any cost. The poor innocent Indians as usual voted for the congress without bothering whether their representative was a thief or a criminal or their hated trader !

And then come the communists who always refer to our great nation as "this nation" they are shy and afraid of calling themselves Indians! Who do they think they are;agents of china waiting to go back to their fatherland as soon as India is down and out? They even resolve to take out strikes and hartals with the sole aim of paralyzing "this nation"!!!!

The PM is no different and so are the cabinet , they all refer to us as people of "this nation", they never say our nation OR My Country OR my India OR any such things . Is this because all their bank accounts are in Switzerland that they have no damn respect or honor being an Indian. and the foolish people with the hearts of kids who would do anything people tell in a trusty manner vote for them again and again .

This always leaves me confused whether i am in India or some other country. These unpatriotic money swindling bastards who have come to power under a ring of caste and decit drive me crazy! I hope to see the day when every ****ing politician will refer to my dear country as "Our Country".

How does Palmistry work

This article will try to explain how palmistry works

Palmistry is an ancient art developed mainly in the oriental nations.

So, how did this art of predicting the future through the study of palms?

A long time ago , when the Hindus(the oldest civilized nation on earth as we know) had settled and had exerted control over the basic necessities of man namely food, water and shelter. They began to look into what was happening around them. Thus was born what we call as "science" or "inquiry" into what was going on around them.

One of the fields born thus was Palmistry. The Indians performed autopsies on dead bodies and also developed some very ingenious methods in-order to remove the skin from a dead body(they used to tie the body with a few reeds and place it in a flowing river, the river removed the skin and in 2-3 days they had a body which was devoid of skin but with every other organ intact!)

coming back,

So some of these scientists were intrigues by the lines on the hand and more intriguing was that these lines changed continuously. They tried to explain why these lines were changing and to do the same they started keeping records i.e they actually preserved the hands(palms in particular) and created a huge book with palms of every person possible and along with these they added a little personal information on the subject.

Soon a pattern began to emerge from these records. people with similar traits had similar lines and at similar places! people who killed(for the love of it) showed an abnormal line running in the center of the hand(abnormal because it stood out from the 100s of other palm impressions)
similarly after years of research the Indians put together a complete manual of what a particular line stood for. Soon after they could predict the future using the traits which were there in the present.

A persons future can never be predicted earlier on in life because he could decide on becoming anything, an accurate prediction is possible only after he is about 20 or more(big enough to make his own decisions).

So why do the lines on the hands change ? the lines change because of the re-wiring that takes place continuously in this awesome brain of ours. The brain with it's powerful processor does not sit idle, instead it predicts where it is heading using the data it receives from the sense organs. This is essential for the body to be prepared for whatever that would come up in the future. Thus the brain is able to predict the future using whatever data it has received over time.

It is like statistics you get a large amount of data and then you find a pattern in it and then a formula and then this formula helps to predict the future values.

the changes that occur in the brain due to this re-wiring process can be felt all over the body. The palms are the most sensitive of all since they contain the nerve ending anything happening up there in the brain will show up easily on the terminal points, the palm , the feet etc..

this also explains how some people have been able to give accurate information about a person by studying their palms, feet and some even going for the buttocks!

The Lights Of Sabarimalai

UPDATE: THE Government of Kerala has officially confessed that the lights in Sabarimalai were being staged by Government machinery. Read the story here

Sabaramalai - (the hill of shabari) is the legendary hill where the mythical character of shabari lived.

In modern times this place has become famous for the ayappa temple situated on top of it. It is believed by conspiracy theorists that this temple may actually have been dedicated to Buddha !

They go on giving examples stating the influence of buddhism in the area and ending with the seating position of ayappa which they believe resembles that of the buddha

Now coming to the controversy, this is with regard to the lights that come up every year on the 14th of January
How can this be explained?

Here is a rational explanation with proof.

According to the traditions of the tribal's every year during the harvest season they lit a pyre of wood in the forests this, I believe was nothing but the age old tradition of making the cattle jump over a raging fire which is still done all over India

as time went on the practice was discontinued most probably because it was difficult to herd the cattle up the mountains.
Earlier to this time , a temple had been built for ayappa on top the shabari hills. And when anyone looked towards the older mountain from atop the mountain of the temple it appeared to be a brilliant display of light for as long as the flames put up for the cattle run existed. People enjoyed the sight and somewhere down the line someone said that the lights were that of the lord of the hills ; this legend caught on and there was no looking back in order to in-satiate the thirst of the devotees year after year a fire was light as a formality in remembrance of the age old culture.

Also just before the light is to come it is believed that an eagle will arrive. This can be easily explained all one needs to do is put some food and with right food along with a little help from the theory of probability you will always get an eagle; soon after an eagle is sighted a message is relayed and this is put in practice in way of lighting a fire to a pre-configured pyre ! producing a light just as the devotees expected.

The bad thing is that all these ceremonies are not explained and instead some fanatic goes on record saying that it was an appearance of god on top of the hills. This notion has also been promoted by the atheist communists as it has helped them rake in a lot of money in the name of; god, of-course.

Evidences Present for whatever I have said
  • 2-3 months before the season (read pilgrimage) is to begin people are not allowed inside the hill opposite to shabari, it is cordoned off by the police and the temple trust
  • an youth organization of Kerala, The Kerala Yukthivadi Sangham(The humanist association of Kerala) had once managed to sneak in its volunteers and they managed to light 2-3 pyres producing 2-3 lights. The devotees who by now had lost the rational thinking believed that the lord had appeared thrice to appease them
  • A few people from the Kerala state electricity board have testified to what happen in the cordoned area, read it here
Now that you know the truth, the next time you go to this awesome place called shabarimalai enjoy the nature. And when there are lights coming u p in the mountain be happy , you are one of the only few who questioned their source which is also the true purpose of any religion.

Why is the TATA Nano called so?

It's out..
the one lac rupees Car from the tata stables is out at last and will soon be rolling all over India. It has accomplished something which everyone said was impossible.

The car is called NANO and i was wondering why ?

Here is why i think it is called so. When ratan tata announced for the first time that he would make a car for 1 lac rupees so that every Indian could drive and flaunt a car; most of the corporates jeered at him. Maruti Suzuki even went on record saying that there is no way anyone could build a car for 1 lac and make a profit!

The press caught up with this wind and started saying: "NO" it is impossible, "NO",he is bluffing, "NO" he can't build it and stuff. This was in the English newspapers

The Hindi newspapers and magazines roared saying "Na",yeh to namumkin hei (NA means NO in Hindi)

But then yesterday Tata proved em all wrong and cheek in tongue combined the No's and Na's of everyone into one word "NaNo"
The first 2 characters being 'No' in Hindi and the last 2 characters being 'no' in English.

Thus TATA gave a reply to their detractors in their own language :)

way to go TATA

We need a new flag

We Indians are a proud nation and when we see others wearing their nations on their sleeve, we feel the urge to do the same But we have a problem Legally speaking we are not allowed to show off our flag on our clothing or to hold it to wrap oneself. This is because of the strict flag code that is followed in India. We are Supposed to respect the flag and must not dishonor it at any cost.

The Americans too do have a flag code but their interpretation of liberty allows them to use it for clothing and to wrap themselves up in their flag and do what they want with it , because of the liberty clause their flag code is in tatters and it doesn't matter what they do with it.

In our nation the makers of the constitution clearly said that you weren't allowed to use the flag as you wanted and the rules are implemented in a strict sense.

So how do we show off our patriotism without breaking the law ?

The solution to this would be to develop a flag which represents INDIANS but is not the official flag, this new flag will show people that they are indian but they won't have the flag rules applying to them!

So how should this new flag be/look ?
It should look good and must also make a nice clothing material and must be different from things that are out there

Do come up with ideas for this flag and i'll try to put up one soon

How to Break into a Toyota

Last year around this time we had been to Delhi, the capital of India

While coming back to Bangalore we had a stop over at an emporium in-order buy some stuff as gifts. At this juncture something happened to the car keys; I guess the car never had a proper set of keys to begin with . As soon as we came out of the shopping plaza we found that the car would not start no matter what we did.

And then came this Punjabi lad, our Saviour of the day
He began with nothing more than a piece of iron molded to look like a key along with a plastic key
He inserted this rod like thing into the chamber that houses the keys and then worked on it for a few minutes, all he did was to insert the mold and then he would file out some excess edges, the regions to file where known to him as soon as he had inserted the mold into the ignition slot.
After 5 minutes of working like this he was ready with a key !

A brand new key for a toyota in less than 5 minutes flat ! ! ! ! !
Boy! what a genius key-maker he was

Here is the video which shows how he did this all

The Nine Unknown

Ancient Indian texts speak of great advancements in science. Ancient texts have been found that describe flying machines (vimana), “Pushpaka vimana”, a flying machine is used by ravana to abduct sita in Ramayana. Similarly the Vedas supposedly describe the nuclear power. When the first ever Nuclear bomb was tested in 1946, Oppenheimer; the man behind it,exclaimed,”Kotisoorya samaprabha.....” (The light of a thousand suns) in Sanskrit quoting from the Vedas !

  • But then what happened to all this knowledge ?

  • Where did it all go ?

  • Why were we so helpless that we couldn't even defend ourselves from the Muslim invasions?

Ashoka (270.BCE) was one of the greatest Indian Emperors, he wanted to be the only ruler of India. He continued the legacy of his great grandfather Chandragupta Maurya. He went on conquering many parts of India to bring them under his rule. It was a cakewalk for him until he tried to conquer Kalinga (The present day Orrissa). The people of Kalinga resisted this invasion, they fought a valiant battle to defend their land , they could not be intimidated by the huge armies of Ashoka. Finally Ashoka won the battle which cost the lives of 1,00,000 men !

The scenes of death and destruction moved Ashoka so much that he decided to never wage a battle again. He got himself converted into the religion of Buddha.

At the same time, he decided that all the weapons of war and all knowledge that can cause destruction should be hidden from the view of the people. [I guess only a few people could read at that time and fewer still had the complete knowledge of science and hence it was easy to conceal information]

He created a secret society called “The Nine Unknown” , a group of nine people who would have access to all knowledge and also develop it but would ensure that it did not get into the wrong hands. “The Nine Unknown” is one of the oldest secret societies in existence as we know and their aim was “to preserve and develop knowledge that would be dangerous to humanity if it fell into the wrong hands”. The nine people were supposedly well versed in 9 fields, the fields are as follows :-

  1. Propaganda and Psychological warfare.

  2. Physiology, including instructions on how to perform the "touch of death." One account has Judo being a product of material leaked from this book.

  3. Microbiology, and, according to more recent speculation, Biotechnology. In some versions of the myth, the waters of the Ganges are purified with special microbes designed by the Nine and released into the river at a secret base in the Himalayas.

  4. Alchemy, including the transmutation of metals. In India, there is a persistent rumor that during times of drought or other natural disasters temples and religious organizations receive large quantities of gold from an unknown source. The mystery is further deepened with the fact that the sheer quantity of gold throughout the country in temples and with kings cannot be properly accounted for, seeing that India has only ever had one gold mine.

  5. Communication with extraterrestrials.

  6. Gravitation. Book 6 is said to contain the instructions necessary to build a Vimana, sometimes referred to as the "ancient UFOs of India."

  7. Cosmology

  8. Light

  9. Sociology, including rules concerning the evolution of societies and how to predict their downfall.

Each of The Nine Unknown supposedly have a book each; which contains complete information on the field assigned to them.

J.C.Bose, and Vikram Sarabhai, the man behind the Indian space and missile defense programs are speculated to have been members of the Nine but the society is so secretive that no on even knows if it exists at all.

The Nine are also supposedly responsible for the creation of the Cholera vaccine, when the scientist from Germany came to India he is supposed to have been given instructions by the Nine Unknown on how to make the vaccine and he did it. They did this because among the priorities assigned to them, they were to look after the well-being of the world.

So, what this means is that ancient India did have an advanced science which was curtailed and put under wraps by Ashoka after seeing the bloodshed it could produce. The job of developing and knowing the science was given to 9 people who were to add to the knowledge but would not let it go into the wrong hands. This explains why we haven't seen any mass-destructive offensive or defensive equipment by our ancestors for at least the past 2000years which left us open for attacks by the barbarians of the North West.

Ashoka may have wanted us to abstain from war because of the destruction it could produce. Moreover since he was spreading Buddhism, a religion of peace all over the globe, he may not have apprehended any danger of wars.

This explains why we didn't inherit much super-knowledge from our ancestors. We weren't meant to know it as it would be dangerous to one and all.

Post script: (How I ended up with this article). I was searching the Internet for secret Indian societies , but the results repeatedly pointed to something called “the nine Unknown”. A little more searching revealed that it was started by Ashoka etc. I have referred the following pages and also added my own inputs to write this article.
